Professional e-file bit, made of tungsten carbide, with a conical shape and straight cutting flutes (Single Cut). This model is designed for controlled and even removal of artificial material, without slipping and without unnecessary strain on the hand.
The straight cutting flutes ensure smooth operation and high stability during use, allowing precise control over the tool and even material removal. The bit does not "pull" the coating and allows for predictable behavior even with prolonged professional use.
The bit is made of tungsten carbide – a material with high hardness and excellent wear resistance, which retains its cutting properties during intensive salon work and at correctly selected RPMs.
The bit size has a diameter of 6 mm and a working part length of 14 mm, making it versatile for professional use. It is available in left and right cutting directions, suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users, with no change in cutting efficiency.
It is intended for removing gel, hard gel, acrylic, and polygel, for reducing material thickness, for corrections, and for leveling the surface during maintenance. It should not be used on natural nails or skin areas.
Recommended operating speeds are between 15,000 and 25,000 RPM, depending on the material and individual working technique. The bit is suitable for autoclave sterilization and chemical disinfection.
